The Limbe Thermal Power Plant was commissioned in 2004 with an installed capacity of 85MW i.e. 17MW for each of the five (05) Wartsila 18V46 Gensets.

In order to ensure the safe supply of energy to its customers, Eneo Cameroon hereby announces that it will carry out major works on the main transmission facilities on Sunday, 26 March 2017 as from 6 pm. There would be disruptions in electricity supply in Yaounde, the Centre and South Regions.
In a bid to stabilize power supply to its customers in the West Region, Eneo announces that some major work will take place at the Bafoussam supply substation on Sunday, 26 February 2017, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
