Reporting an incident
You have suffered a damage or accident related to electricity or electrical materials and equipment.
A damage may require insurance coverage. This is in the cases below:
• Material damage
• Electric shock
The Customer submits a claim request
• "Claim for material damage"
• Claim for bodily injury and death"
Kindly go to your agency with your complete file.
Documents required for a claim:
• All documents justifying the damage
• Copy of Subscription contract
• Copy of last bill and payment receipt
• Legalised copy of identity card recto/verso
• Day's date
NB: The following cases shall have no right to any claim or compensation:
• Persons using a subscription in the name of a third party
• Persons guilty of fraud attested by a Bailiff, expert, sworn Eneo employee, sworn ARSEL staff (Electricity Regulatory Board), judicial police officer or any other competent authority
• Persons who submit their claim after the prescribed deadline
• Persons whose internal electrical installations are not compliant.
