Eneo and its customers: working towards a fresh start…

 Eneo announces to its customers, Consumer Associations and other stakeholders that it has taken full account of their concerns raised about the monthly estimation of their electricity bills.

A series of measures will be taken as from this week and will be implemented gradually to usher a new relationship between Eneo and its customers. These initial measures will focus on the agencies in Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Garoua and Maroua.

Eneo’s Management will closely monitor the proper implementation of these new measures on the field.

We would like to thank our customers and consumer associations for their feedback and their patience.
