Eneo Cameroon thanks its customers in BONANJO, BONAPRISO, BALI, KOUMASSI, BRASSERIES, CENTRAL MARKET, PORT ZONE, NKOMONDO, MONKEY WOOD, AKWA, NEW BELL, NKOULOULOUN, YOUPWE, KILOMETERS 5, CAMP YABASSI and surroundings, for their patience following the major incident that occurred on December 23, 2018 at "Kilomètres 5" (KM 5).

The new aerial transmission line was successfully commissioned around 02:00 this morning, and by 05:00 electricity restored in all impacted areas. However, the technical teams remain on the watch.

Do not hesitate to contact the Customer Relations Center at 8010 or Eneo's Facebook page to report any fault in at your area.

While extending its best wishes to them, Eneo REITERATES ITS REGRETS TO ALL ITS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS, and thanks the public authorities for their support.
