Reinforcement works in certain neighbourhoods in Yaoundé to ensure safe power supply

In a bid to improve service quality in certain neighbourhoods in Yaoundé, Eneo Cameroon S.A hereby informs its customers that it will execute some major works on its network on Sunday 04 June 2017. These curative and preventive maintenance operations will disrupt service supply in the areas concerned.

The work consists in replacing damaged parts and overhauling operating equipment on the transmission line Ngousso-Kondengui.

The neighbourhoods concerned are the following: EKOUNOU - KOMO - ROUTE MFOU - MVOG ATANGANA MBALLA - CAMI TOYOTA - SOPECAM - BRASSERIES -    EKOUMDOUM - EKIE - NKOABANG - BITENG - LADA - BITOTOL - ESSOMBA.

During the execution of these operations, measures will be taken to limit, where possible, the duration of the interruption and the number of customers not supplied. Eneo urges its customers in the localities concerned to turn on their alternative sources of electricity where necessary, unplug all delicate appliances and only plug those 15 minutes after electricity is restored.
