Eneo Announces Repair Works in Ombe, this Saturday

Eneo Cameroon S.A announces that it shall carry out important works this Saturday 11th November 2017 from 08am to 02pm, on the high voltage line that supplies electricity to the towns of Tiko and Mutengene, along with their peripheral localities.

The works are necessary to improve the stability of the electricity supplied to these areas. Eneo Cameroon apologizes for the inconveniences that this power cut will cause, and counts on the understanding and indulgence of all affected customers.

The following areas will experience power interruption on Saturday 11th, from 08am to 02pm:

Electricity service will be resumed as soon as these maintenance works end, and this will be done without any further prior notification.

We strongly advice that customers unplug all electrical appliances and ensure that all switches in homes are turned to “OFF”, until at least 15 minutes after the effective return to normal electricity service.

If you have alternative sources of energy, please use them for the time of this power cut.

For further enquiries, as well as our tips on safety and energy consumption reduction, please call the Eneo Customer Care Centre on 8010, or visit us online on www.eneocameroon.cm.
