Regulatory turnaround time for Eneo services
The turnaround times are set by the service regulator if a connection is executed after the regulatory turnaround time, the customer has the right to demand compensation from his agency.
Below is the regulatory turnaround time for each Eneo services :
1. Turnaround time for a new connection request:
A. For urban area
Estimate: 5 days
Installation of connection: 5 days
B. In rural area :
Estimate: 5 days
Installation of connection: 15 days
2. Turnaround time for a subscription on an existing connection:
A. For urban area: 3 days
B. In rural area : 5 days
3. Turnaround time for a network (re)configuration:
A. For urban area: 30 days
B. In rural area : 60 days
