Little strides of Eneo in Yaounde: Opening of three new customer agencies at Odza, Messassi, and Nkoabang

According to Dominique Mbarga, Eneo Yaounde Regional Director, “Over 50,000 of our customers are going to benefit from proximity services and better service quality, thus sparing them the pain of walking long distances like in the past.”

Three new agencies have been operational since August 13, 2018 in Yaounde. They house both commercial spaces and technical bases. The new agencies of Odza, Messassi and Nkoabang aim at ensuring more proximity, comfort and convivial environment for our customers.

Basile Ekobena, Chief Operating Officer, recalled that “In order for us to get closer to our customers, Eneo will build structures adapted to the growth of our towns. Thus, other new customer agencies will be built in Yaounde and in other towns of the country.”

The ODZA Customer Space is located in the Yaounde IV District at Tropicana along the Ndi Samba road whereas the MESSASSI agency is located in the Yaounde 1 District at the level of Olembe, rue Parc à Bois. The NKOABANG agency is located in the Yaounde V District at Nkombassi along the Nkolafamba road.

The opening of new customer spaces (agencies) in Yaounde go hand in hand with other actions on the network aimed at enhancing service quality and safety i.e. the installation of new transformers and the replacement of poles including a progressive return of metal and concrete poles.
