Distribution network: More than 27 000 wood poles replaced at 31 July 2017

27 852, this is the number of wood poles replaced at 31 July 2017 against 19 779 at the same period in 2016. This shows a positive variation of + 41%. Moreover, 1 377 metal poles were installed against 264 at the same period in 2016, showing a positive variation of +422%.

Out of the 1.377 metal poles installed,
• 52% are transformer poles,
• 20% are poles carrying operating equipment (IACM and PMR),
• 28% are line poles.

These actions are intended to reduce Unserved Energy on the Distribution network by 21%, against the same period in 2016. On the other hand, Unserved Energy on the Transmission network has declined by 50%. These two percentages give us a global decline of 31%.
