Eneo relaxes load shedding in the Northern Region: from 3 days to 1 day of power cut per week and per household
Eneo Cameroon S.A. informs its customers in the Northern Region that rainfall these past weeks now makes it possible to relax electrical energy load shedding conditions.
Thus, in order for households and enterprises to better organize their personal and business activities, Eneo has rolled out a new load shedding calendar as from June 1, 2017 reducing from 3 to 1, the maximum number of load shedding days per week.
Each locality/neighbourhood will witness 1 day of power cut from 7am to 5pm so as to take into consideration the time of break of fasting during Ramadan.
If rainfall is regular, we are going to put a stop to load shedding in the days ahead..
Eneo continues to work with the Government with a view to finding lasting solutions.
Eneo hereby urges its customers to make known rapidly any absence of current that is not related to the load shedding schedule or to work on the network that is regularly announced to the public.
Eneo calls on its customers to disconnect all sensitive appliances and to reconnect them only 15 minutes following the effective return of current .
