Reinforcing power supply safety at Douala Nord

In order to secure electrical energy supply to its customers at Douala Nord,   Eneo Cameroon SA hereby informs its customers that it will undertake major works on the network on Sunday 28 May  2017  from 6am to 3.30pm. These operations will lead to disruptions in electricity supply in the Douala V council area.

Work will consist in replacing defective parts on the transmission line that powers theses areas. Maintenance work will also be carried out at the Makepe transformer substation.   This operation reduces the risk of the occurrence of incidents likely to cause prolonged power cuts.

The neighbourhoods concerned are: Bonamoussadi, Makepe, Logpom, Logbessou, Missoke, Kotto, Bonangang, Mbangue, Lendi, Bepanda, Pk14 to Pk32 and environs.

Eneo urges its customers affected to activate their alternative sources of energy, if need be, to disconnect all sensitive appliances and to reconnect them only 15 minutes following the effective return of current.
