Power Supply to Douala

In order to ensure power supply to its customers in Deido, Akwa and Bessengue, Eneo Cameroon SA announces that it will carry out major maintenance works on its electrical equipment at the transformer substation in Deido, as well as on the Bassa-Deido transmission line on Sunday 23 April 2017.

These works will help to eliminate anomalies that are likely to cause prolonged cuts in power supply. The ultimate goal is to ensure better equipment availability and improved quality of service for households and the industrial zone in Bonaberi.

To enable our teams to work efficiently, power supply will therefore be interrupted on Sunday 23 April 2017 as 6 am to 6.30 pm mainly in Akwa and Zone Portuaire.

Eneo is advising its customers to activate their alternative sources of power supply if necessary,

to disconnect all the sensitive devices and
to reconnect them only 15 minutes after the effective return of power supply.
