RELEASE : Electrical service disruptions

Due to major maintenance operations to be carried out on the gas supply chain of the Kribi Power Station, the quantities of energy supplied to Eneo will decrease as of Tuesday 14 February for approximately 48 hours.

This situation is likely to cause an imbalance between supply and demand. It could lead to electricity supply interruptions in some residential areas, particularly during peak hours.

The maintenance work aims to improve the country's gas production potential, and ultimately to increase gas-fired generation capacity.

Eneo teams are organizing to respond to this situation and reduce its potential consequences on the public utility service.
