Work for the stabilization of the Electricity Network in the Moungo and West

In an effort to stabilize energy supply to its customers in the Moungo, and Nkam divisions as well as in the West region during these end-of-year festivities, Eneo announces that it will carried out some major work on the main transmission systems serving these localities. Thus there will be power outage on Sunday, 18 December 2016, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This corrective and preventive work entails resolving anomalies that could disable these facilities. The aim is to mitigate the risks of incidents on these facilities, namely the Bafoussam, Bekoko, Nkongsamba transformer substations and the Nkongsamba-Bafoussam transmission line.

Eneo advices its customers in the localities concerned to resort to alternative sources of energy if necessary, and to unplug all delicate appliances and to reconnect them at least 15 minutes after the effective restoration of power.
