Eneo Cameroon announces work at its Bassa transformer substation
Eneo Cameroon announces to its customers in the Douala 3 and 5 municipalities that major work will take place at the Bassa substation, on Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May 2016 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The work involves replacing some equipment and general inspection of protective devices.
This work will help to reduce the risks of incidents at this substation as well as improve operations.
Eneo has taken necessary measures to mitigate the inconvenience of this work on customers.
During the work, power will be disrupted in some localities according to the following schedule:

Eneo Cameroon advices customers in these zones
- to disconnect their delicate appliances and
- to reconnect them at least 15 minutes after the effective restoration of power. .
For safety concerns, the network should be considered energized throughout the entire duration of the work.
