Eneo Cameroon announces major works on the transmission line that powers Bonaberi, Moungo and Nkam division, West, North West and South West regions

Eneo Cameroon informs its customers in Bonaberi,  Moungo and Nkam division, West, North West and South West regions    that it would execute works on the reinforcement of the capacity of the transmission line that powers their localities.

The work entails installing new cables of greater transit capacity. This operation is necessary due to:
    Installation of new industries at Bonaberi, notably cement factories,
    Increase in household demands,
    Need for better service quality in affected areas.

During works, electricity supply will be disrupted periodically. The estimated duration of works undertaken on February 16 is 6 weeks.  
On March 17, Eneo teams had completed the replacement of cables on the Logbaba-Bassa, Bassa-Deido sections and the place called Dangoté – Bonabéri and realized over 50 % of work on the last section located between Deido and the bridge over the Wouri at the place called Dangoté.

Work on the last section would be completed between March 18 and 22 including power cuts in a rotating manner in Bonaberi,  Moungo and Nkam division, West, North West and South West regions.

Disconnect all your appliances during power cuts and reconnect them 15 minutes after the effective restoration of current.
