November 26th press release : Eneo is resuming work on the reinforcement of the Logbaba-Bassa-Deido-Bonaberi transmission line
Eneo Cameroon hereby announces the starting, on 30 November 2015, of the second phase of work on the reinforcement of the Bassa-Deido 90 KV transmission line in the Douala region.
It should be recalled that phase 1, which just ended, made it possible to increase the quantity of energy transmitted and improve safety along the Logbaba-Bassa section.
Throughout the execution of this project, localities of some Regions of the Littoral (Bonaberi), South West, West, North West may experience power disruptions in the evening, once or twice a week.
However, measures have been taken to mitigate as much as possible the inconveniences that homes and companies might encounter. The work, which shall run for 5 weeks, shall take a 10 day short break as from December 20.
