Massock Pouma Public-Private partnership (DPP MasPou)

Objective:
Participate in Massok and Pouma local development through the implementation of an income-generating project

Achievements:

• Supply of farm inputs ; 
• Creation of project management committee later on transformed in 02 plantain development cooperatives operating on 140 ha of farm (80ha in Massok and 60ha in Pouma);
• Training of members of 63 peasant organisations in Massok and Pouma on reproduction method by PIF, farm management, contracting, accounting and management of cooperatives …

Social impact:

• Support to economic growth in Massok and Pouma;
• Improvement of local population quality of life;
• Empowerment of communities members
