Compliance Sub-Department: Mission, Objectives and Activities

Mission
Our mission is to participate in the attainment of ENEO’s objectives by preventing risks of ethical and compliance infringements, detecting irregularities, conducting investigations on allegations of code of conduct violations and promoting ethical behaviour at Eneo.

Objectives

This aspect depends on the following major objectives:

 Making employees and partners espouse ENEO’s values and business principles
 Ensuring the compliance of transactions and contracts with regards to the risks of violation of anti-corruption, anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering laws,
 Ensuring the respect of applicable regulations,
 Investigating allegations on violations of Eneo’s code of conduct,
 Reporting and correcting malfunctions identified in our activities,
 Cracking down on code of conduct violations and encouraging good behaviours,

Our Main Activities:

 Training and Communication on the Values, Code of conduct and risks of ethics and non-compliance;
 Compliance of business partners and transactions;
 Investigations on allegations of Code of Conduct violations, and corrective measures;
 Ensuring that ENEO respects applicable rules and regulations.
