Origins of CSR in Eneo
- Strained relations and difficult collaboration with our stakeholders, particularly in communities which had been vandalising our infrastructures;
- Recurrence of public electric accidents, resulting in the deterioration of the company image;
- Development of fraud and lack of civic responsibility in communities vis-à-vis our business;
- Failure of ordinary methods (recourse to repressive forces);
- Establishment of a structured CSR unit in 2010 in order to improve the quality of our business relations with local stakeholders
