Documents to be provided:
Customer: company/enterprise
- 1 site plan
- 1 written application on the company’s/enterprise’s headed paper indicating either the registry number, the taxpayer’s number or the registration number in the register of associations for corporate persons
- Lease contract registered at the tax office in case of outstanding bills vis-à-vis the installation
Customer-administration
- 1 site plan
- 1 written application indicating either the registry number or the taxpayer’s number
- Lease contract registered at the tax office in case of outstanding bills vis-à-vis the installation
Service Regulations
The maximum timeframe to carry out a subscription on an existing connection as from the date of payment of Consumption Deposit by the Customer is:
- 03 working days in urban areas
- 05 working days in rural areas
Consumption Deposits (ASC) are not subject to any tax (VAT, etc.)
The payment of MV (Medium Voltage) consumption deposit depends on the issuance of a subscription bill.
MV subscription can be taken out for industrial, commercial or household use. For an effective taking out of a subscription, the Customer must:
- Send a written request to Eneo wherein the customer states notably his/her identity, his/her address and the load he/she wants to subscribe to or complete the form online.
- Provide a lease contract registered at the tax office relating to the MV supply point in case of outstanding bills vis-à-vis the installation.
- Pay consumption deposits except for State organs, Eneo offices, free points and free zone customers
State organs (Councils, CRTV, SNEC, CAMTEL, Universities, …) are obliged to pay Consumption Deposits.
