Methods of payment

Subject to the exceptions provided for in this Article, bills are issued monthly, in principle, on a fixed date and distributed by employees of Eneo Cameroon or persons duly mandated by Eneo Cameroon, to the various consumption points.

MV Customers have a period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the bill to pay.

Payment is done:

• Cash
• Certified checks at Eneo Cameroon offices,
• Deduction at source
• Bank Transfer,
• Eneo Cameroon may appoint an agent (especially in rural areas) for collecting payments against receipt.

Opening hours

Customer counters are open continuously from 7 am to 16 pm daily from Monday to Friday. These schedules may change during peak periods.
Counters may be exceptionally open on public holidays and Saturdays if necessary under the supervision of the head of customer management unit.
