Actis was formed from the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC), an organisation set up by the UK Government in 1948 to channel investment into the world’s fastest growing economies

• Our Energy group invests in electricity generation, transmission and distribution companies, providing key infrastructure in challenging environments
